Chadd’s Bistro (hereafter referred to as we/us/our) is an independent business, but we also work with third parties to provide services such as online ordering and delivery.
All products, logos, and company names that are not ours are either trademarks™ or registered® trademarks of their respective holders. Use of them does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement by them, and they are used with either implicit or explicit permission by them.
Privacy Policy:
We collect customer data when orders are called in. This data is not and will never be sold to any third parties and is strictly for internal use in our point of sale system. None of this data is stored in the cloud. Any customer that wishes to have their data expunged is welcome to let us know and then that data will be expunged to the best of our ability.
Data is also collected when the contact form is used and we are sent an email with the message. We may keep those emails for future reference. This data is not and will never be sold to any third parties and is strictly for internal use. This data is only stored on our email account which is hosted by Alphabet/Google. Any customer that wishes to have their data expunged is welcome to let us know and then that data will be expunged to the best of our ability, or you can indicate that it should not be saved when contacting us.
For online ordering, any third parties which we partner with may also choose to retain customer data. However we may have little to no control over that data, and as such it is solely the responsibility of those parties. Please review those agreements as well. If requested then any and all data that we have the ability to expunge will be expunged to the best of our ability.

Delivery Methods and Shipping Policy:
We rely on third parties to deliver our food, except for when we cater events.
Refund and Return Policy:
We try to take care of all our customers. If you have a problem, then we will try and make things right. All complaints are taken in good faith and will be refunded.
That is unless this policy and our good will is abused. Excessive requests for full or partial refunds / free replacement / bonus items may result in us asking you / your party to eat elsewhere in the future (but we really hope that things never come to that.)
